Book Order Cancellation Policy

1. For book order within India, the books are shipped within 2 days from the order date by speed post.

For International orders, it is usually shipped within 4 days from the order date by India post.

2. In order to cancel your book order within India, please write within 2 days from the date of purchase.
   In order to cancel your book order outside India, please write within 4 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

1. For cancelled orders before the book shipping, full order amount will be refunded until specified otherwise. Kindly mail your cancellation and refund request to: (info@onlinedhp.com)
2. In case an order is cancelled after the book has been shipped, a refund will be made after deducting the shipping and packing forwarding charges.

You will have to return the book to our following address at your own expenses :

3. In case of delivery of damaged book, we will send you a replacement copy after receiving satisfactory proofs of damage from the buyer.
   Refunds in such a case will be solely at the discretion of DHP management.

All disputes and arbitrations are subject to Amravati jurisdiction only.

Online Course Access Activation, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. It may take 1 to 3 business days to provide online course access activation after receiving your payment.
2.  Activation can be further delayed for few days in case of series of Public Holidays or some unforeseen circumstances.
3.  No cancellation of the Online Course subscription is permitted. In such case, no refund will be made & neither the subscription will be transferred.
